As an aggressive player, I have found out a few important lessons while playing over the years. Whether you like to gambling at the land based’ casinos or the numerous net casinos. The following are my golden rules of wagering, most of which may be deemed common sense, but if adhered to they will help you go a long distance to leaving with a smile on your face.

Rule one: Go to a casino with a predetermined amount that you are willing and are able to manage to use – How much would it cost for an evening out on diner, cocktails, cover fees and tips? This is an excellent number to use.

Rule 2: Do not carry your debit card with you – or any other means of getting cash out. Don’t worry about money for the cab if you squander all of it; most cab drivers, in particular the ones booked through casinos, will drive you to your abode and shall be more than happy to wait for the moola when you get home.

Rule 3: Stick to your predetermined cap. I always think of what I’d love to purchase should I win. The last time I was able to go, I decided I would quite like to purchase a new digital SLR camera which cost about $400, so that was my upper threshold. As soon as I surpassed this amount, I quit. Just stop. Even if Clairvoyant Carla herself gives you the next number for the roulette wheel, pay no attention to her and quit. Depart safe in the understanding that you will be proceeding into the city and buying a nice new toy!

Rule four: Enjoy yourself. When you’re "enthusiastic" you usually will succeed. It is a certainty. I don’t know the reason why, but it just is. Just after it becomes a job, or you are only wagering to acquire money you have lost, you usually will exhaust even more. When you are succeeding, having a great experience with your buddies, or your girlfriend, you usually will gain more and more.
