I have been gambling on the internet or at brick and mortar gambling halls for many years. I have been taught, the addiction usually will grab a hold of you and you won’t even see it till you are beaten. Especially if you are on a profit streak. I have gone through many tens of thousands of clams in a very little period of time and still on occasion, I still go a bit too far. It appears you are just having fun until you choose to pay attention to your losses and the anguish sets in, and of course you continue telling yourself "I am able to earn it back" at length. It does not work. Then you get sick to your stomach and the more you attempt the more rapidly you lose.

When you observe that you are ahead, Remain on the UP! When you start to squander, do not convince yourself, "well just one more" a number of times, trust me, this scheme RARELY ever operates. Say you plan on wagering on one armed bandits, have a pot set aside prior to starting your betting. DO NOT go over that threshold, regardless of how appealing. If you happen to earn, put the winnings in a separate canister. Don’t risk your payouts regardless of what happens. After you have played through your initial predetermined cutoff, stop. Back off, regardless if it’s on the internet or at a land based gambling den, do not stay at the tables or machines. Make sure to keep in mind, there no doubt will be other days, another time. Clearly, this plan is able to function for any casino game that you bet on, be it bingo, poker, video poker, keno, 21 or any other game.

Keep in mind, gambling is supposed to be FUN not demanding, sickening work! If you are not enjoying yourself, you don’t belong there. If you can’t manage the hit, don’t ever start.
